My wife and I could not find an item that we have bought here before. So we went to the customer service booth so they could check. They said they do not have in stock but could order for us. SO they took our info and have ordered what we wanted. They will call us as soon as it arrives. This is great customer service and we love how the store looks after the renovation this past year or so! Very clean and organized!

I love this Price Chopper location. It is always so clean, and they have the best selection of produce. I really love that I can grab Starbucks while I shop! That is such a great added bonus to the store. The deli has so much to choose from, and the salad bar is amazing. I grab dinner there all the time. If you are looking for something fresh and affordable it is a great place for a meal.

The checkout operator was quite proficient in multi-tasking. Most grocery store operators do not really know how to sack but Lee was great. Efficient and really knew what she was doing. It is little thing like this that help start your day right. Lee (LeAndrea) did a great job, she is skilled. Register 10, Friday 0913.

My daughter let go of her just bought Minnie Mouse balloon by accident and had a meltdown in the store cause it was super high up and we couldn't get it back. Gary the manager was so kind to use a lift to get it back down for her as we were about to leave the store. A+ customer service and we appreciate it! Our cashier Joyce was also super.

I went in this week and was pleasantly surprised to see Tom. Tom is an awesome employee, always personable, a veteran in our community, and always a pleasure to come across. I've worked in customer service for a long time, and PRICE CHOPPER. You're lucky to have a great employee like Tom. Treat him well!! Thanks, Tom, for going above and beyond every day. My favorite neighborhood price chopper . Lines are definitely long during peak hours & holidays but staff is always still nice and personable even when my fellow shoppers are mean .

The Deli staff are awesome. Corbin, Kindra, Nathan are always friendly and ready to help.
